By working with a licensed vendor, you will have easy access to WSU’s spirit and academic logos. The university requires that all staff, students, administrators, and faculty buy items with WSU trademarks from licensed vendors. Businesses have been identified as companies who can service many of the campus community custom needs. Each company is independently owned and operated, but hold a license to produce product with the WSU trademarks and logos. University purchasing rules still apply, please review http://www.purchasing.wsu.edu/ and WSU's Policy and Procedures for trademarks.
A 10% royalty will apply if the item being produced is intended for retail (i.e. resold for profit). There is not a royalty applied for items produced for WSU department, club or organization giveaways that do not include one or more sponsor logos.
